Culture and Legal Traditions
Analyze the differing cultural perspectives on policing, the courts, and corrections in two of the following countries:
- China
- England
- France
- Iran
- Japan
- North Korea
- South Korea
- Saudi Arabia
- United States
How have the cultural perspectives of each country had an impact on their legal traditions? Does there appear to be a direct correlation between the cultural beliefs and the legal traditions in each country? How do the cultures of these countries impact policing, courts, and corrections?Your initial post should be at least 400 words in length. Support your claims with examples from the required material(s) and/or other scholarly resources, and properly cite any references.
